Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of strategic technology programs and initiatives across Singapore and regional markets.
  • Define program delivery plans, establish implementation roadmaps, and drive execution in line with agreed objectives and timelines.
  • Obtain stakeholder alignment and management approval for program scope, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with technology, business, operations, risk, compliance, and audit teams to ensure successful program delivery and alignment of priorities.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, governance materials, risk assessments, decision logs, status reports, and implementation plans.
  • Ensure implementation challenges are proactively identified, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Monitor program performance and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and achieve the intended business outcomes and benefits.
  • Prepare and present executive-level reports, dashboards, and program updates to support strategic decision-making.
  • Serve as Secretariat for Technology Executive Committee and Programme Steering Committee meetings.
  • Develop meeting agendas, coordinate meeting schedules, prepare discussion materials, document meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Manage governance processes and ensure accurate maintenance of committee records and documentation.
  • Support technology performance management activities, including the development, maintenance, and reporting of Technology scorecards and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years in Technology Program Management, Project Management, PMO, Technology Transformation, or Change Management within a large enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Solid experience in program governance, executive reporting, steering committee management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience working closely with senior management, technology leaders, auditors, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate complex information into concise executive-level communications and presentations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing program risks, dependencies, resource planning, and delivery challenges.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and project management tools.
